In the 3 plus years I have had dealings with KT Chevy my only complaint is that my service work has never been completed in the timeframe I've been given. If I'm told the oil change will take "about an hour", I don't like to still be waiting nearly 2 hours later. I don't know where the communication breakdown is, but if the mechanics aren't getting the work completed, the service department needs to keep the customer updated - or give a more realistic timeframe.
